arch-power: Fix fixed-point logical instructions

This fixes the following logical instructions:
  * Extend Sign Byte (extsb[.])
  * Extend Sign Halfword (extsh[.])
  * Count Leading Zeros Word (cntlzw[.])
  * Compare Bytes (cmpb)

This also fixes disassembly generation for all of the above.
