mips.h (asm_file_name, [...]): Remove.

* config/mips/mips.h (asm_file_name, g_switch_set,
g_switch_value): Remove.
* config/rs6000/sysv4.h (SUBTARGET_OVERRIDE_OPTIONS): Remove
unnecessary extern declarations.
