* configure.in (mips*-*-vxworks*): New config.
* configure: Regenerated.

* config/mips/vxmips.mt, config/mips/tm-vxmips.h: New files.
* remote-vxmips.c (vx_convert_to_virtual, vx_convert_from_virtual):
Remove, never used.
