Makefile.in (dwarf2out.o, [...]): Depend on insn-codes.h, it gets included indirectly via expr.h.

        * Makefile.in (dwarf2out.o, emit-rtl.o, jump.o, cse.o, unroll.o,
        reorg.o, regmove.o): Depend on insn-codes.h, it gets included
        indirectly via expr.h.
