* mipsread.c, coffread.c:  initialise TYPE_VPTR_FIELDNO to -1.
This avoids coredumps under `set print object on' in value_headof
(called erroneously by value_from_vtable_info) for `p &struct'
or `p *struct'.  From Peter Schauer.
