Fix ia64 start crash when GDB built with -lmcheck.
* ia64-tdep.c (ia64_gdbarch_init): Allocate TDEP as cleared.  Remove
specific clearing of TDEP SIGCONTEXT_REGISTER_ADDRESS and
PC_IN_SIGTRAMP.
