egl: Rename _EGL_PLATFORM_X to _EGL_PLATFORM_POSIX.

egl: Rename _EGL_PLATFORM_X to _EGL_PLATFORM_POSIX.

The macro is used to determine if dlfcn.h or dirent.h is available.
POSIX is a better name than X in such case.
