microblaze musl support

* config/microblaze/linux.h (MUSL_DYNAMIC_LINKER): Define.
(DYNAMIC_LINKER): Renamed to ...
(GLIBC_DYNAMIC_LINKER): This.
(SUBTARGET_EXTRA_SPECS): Use GNU_USER_DYNAMIC_LINKER.
