* gdb.texinfo (Break Commands): Remove stuff about flushing terminal
input when evaluating breakpoint conditions; the bug has been fixed.

* gdb.texinfo (Continuing and Stepping): Argument to "continue"
sets the ignore count to N-1, not to N.
