* runtime/environ.c (init_choice): Remove unused function.
(show_choice): Likewise.
(choice): Remove.
(FP_ROUND_NEAREST, FP_ROUND_UP, FP_ROUND_DOWN, FP_ROUND_ZERO):
Remove.
(precision, signal_choices): Remove.
