alpha.c (override_options): Move ev6 alpha_tp frobbing out of -mcpu parsing code.

        * alpha.c (override_options): Move ev6 alpha_tp frobbing out of
        -mcpu parsing code.
        (print_operand): Notice alpha_fptm not alpha_tp for sw completion.
        * alpha.md (all fp insns): Likewise.
