gas byte test

skip *-*-* is a little silly, delete the test.

* testsuite/gas/all/byte.d,
* testsuite/gas/all/byte.l,
* testsuite/gas/all/byte.s: Delete.
* testsuite/gas/all/gas.exp: Don't run byte test.
