Update gdb.base/default.exp for GDB 10

Now that the version number in master has been bumped to 10, I get this
failure:

    FAIL: gdb.base/default.exp: show convenience ($_gdb_major = 9 not found)

Update the test accordingly.

* gdb.base/default.exp: Update value of $_gdb_major.
