convert to_goto_bookmark

* target-delegates.c: Rebuild.
* target.c (update_current_target): Don't inherit or default
to_goto_bookmark.
(dummy_goto_bookmark): Remove.
(init_dummy_target): Don't inherit or default to_goto_bookmark.
* target.h (struct target_ops) <to_goto_bookmark>: Use
TARGET_DEFAULT_NORETURN.
