package/omniorb: add optional support for openssl

When openssl was compiled before, omniorb will use it as optional
dependency:

$ output/host/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-readelf -a output/target/usr/lib/libomnisslTP4.so.2.0 | grep NEEDED
