arm.c (arm_arch6m): New variable to denote armv6-m architecture.

        * config/arm/arm.c (arm_arch6m): New variable to denote armv6-m
        architecture.
        * config/arm/arm.h (TARGET_HAVE_DMB): The armv6-m also has DMB
        instruction.
