* configure.in (AC_ARG_WITH(bfd-assembler)): Fix help message.

* config/obj-elf.c (obj_elf_common): Convert specified byte alignment to power
of two.  Set size of local bss symbol.

* config/tc-m68k.c (tc_gen_reloc): Fix typo in variable name.
