* config/tc-sh.c (sh_force_relocation): Make sure TLS relocs get
emitted.
(md_apply_fix3): Add TLS relocs.
(sh_parse_name): Support @TLSGD, @TLSLDM, @GOTTPOFF, @TPOFF and
@DTPOFF.
