* *: Merge with mainline glibc sources.
* filedoalloc.c (_IO_file_doallocate): Don't call
_IO_cleanup_registration_needed, even if not libc.
* iofwide.c (_IO_fwide): Correct placement of defines.
* cleanup.c: Remove.
