gdb/testsuite/

* gdb.mi/mi-var-cmd.exp: If host is remote, use ${testfile} on
host.
* gdb.mi/mi-basics.exp (test_exec_and_symbol_mi_operatons):
Likewise.  If host is remote, copy ${binfile} to host.
