* config/tc-ppc.c (ppc_vbyte): Prototype and new function for
  AIX .vbyte unaligned data support.
  (md_pseudo_table): Add 'vbyte' to list of valid pseudos.
  (ppc_elf_validate_fix): Add eh_frame to list of ELF relocatable
  sections.
