g++-dg.exp: Load file-format and target-supports like gcc.

        * lib/g++-dg.exp: Load file-format and target-supports like gcc.
        (g++-dg-prune): Call prune_gcc_output.
        * prune.exp: New file for prune_gcc_output.
        * lib/g++.exp, lib/gcc.exp: Load it.
