    Fixes for Tcl 7.6 / Tk 4.2:
        * gdbtk.tcl (apply_filespec): Use tk_getOpenFile.
        Removed old fileselect code.
        * gdbtk.c (Tcl_Alloc): Renamed from Tcl_Malloc.
