* config/h8300/h8300.h (OK_FOR_T): Remove.
(EXTRA_CONSTRAINT): Do not use OK_FOR_T.
* config/h8300/h8300.md: Remove alternatives involving inc and dec
in the helper patterns for addhi3 and addsi3.
