stack_usage1.adb: New test.

* gnat.dg/stack_usage1.adb: New test.
* gnat.dg/stack_usage1_pkg.ad[sb]: New helper.

* gcc.dg/pr44194-1.c: Remove superfluous include directive.
* gcc.dg/pr44194-2.c: Likewise.
