* configure.in: Invoke ACX_PROG_CMP_IGNORE_INITIAL.
* configure: Regenerate.
* config/acx.m4: Mutuate ACX_PROG_CMP_IGNORE_INITIAL from gcc.
* gcc/Makefile.tpl (compare): Use the result of the test.
* gcc/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
