arch-power: Add fixed-point load and reserve instructions

This adds the following load instructions:
  * Load Byte And Reserve Indexed (lbarx)
  * Load Halfword And Reserve Indexed (lharx)
  * Load Doubleword And Reserve Indexed (ldarx)
