* ipa-pure-const.c (malloc_candidate_p): Allow function with NULL
return value as malloc candidate.

testsuite/
* gcc.dg/tree-ssa/pr83648.c: New test.
* gcc.dg/tree-ssa/pr83648-2.c: Likewise.
