nvptx.h (TARGET_SUPPORTS_WIDE_INT): Define.

gcc/
* config/nvptx/nvptx.h (TARGET_SUPPORTS_WIDE_INT): Define.
* config/nvptx/nvptx.c (nvptxx_assemble_integer): Return false for
unrecognizable RTX.

gcc/testsuite/
* gcc.target/nvptx/ary-init.c: Repair dg_final syntax.
* gcc.target/nvptx/decl-init.c: Likewise.  Add TI case.
