* Makefile.in:  Re-install 29K/UDI stuff.
* remote-udi.c (udi_resume):  Clean up.
* (udi_wait):  Rewrite, leave out bugs.
* Add debugging code to print out all register fetches and stores.
* Straighten out target_ops.
* tm-29k.h (DUMMY_FRAME_RSIZE):  Pad out to doubleword.
