AArch64: Add missing CPSR flags

Add all the CPSR flags for Armv8.1-A through to Armv8.4-A.

In addition, document all the existing flags, and remove
the superfluous empty spaces.

gdb/ChangeLog:

* features/aarch64-core.c (create_feature_aarch64_core):
Regenerate.
* features/aarch64-core.xml: Add cpsr flags.
