sh.h (PREDICATE_CODES): Add CONST_DOUBLE to general_movsrc_operand...

* config/sh/sh.h (PREDICATE_CODES): Add CONST_DOUBLE to
general_movsrc_operand, and remove CONST_INT from
general_movdst_operand.
