* config/tc-mips.c: Support ELF64 for traditional MIPS targets.

* Makefile.am: (TARG_ENV_HFILES): Add tc-mips.h.
* Makefile.in: Regenerated.

* configure.in: Use traditional MIPS targets for Linux/MIPS.
* configure: Regenerated.
