arch-power: Add fixed-point doubleword multipy-add instructions

This adds the following arithmetic instructions:
  * Multiply-Add Low Doubleword (maddld)
  * Multiply-Add High Doubleword (maddhd)
  * Multiply-Add High Doubleword Unsigned (maddhdu)
