pa-hpux10.opt: New.

* config/pa/pa-hpux10.opt: New.
* config/hpux11.opt (pthread): New Driver option.
* config/pa/pa-hpux.opt (nolibdld, rdynamic): New Driver options.
* config.gcc (hppa[12]*-*-hpux10*): Use pa/pa-hpux10.opt.
