* Makefile.in: Remove inftarg.[co], since it is now included via
config/*.mh files.
* config/*.mh:  Add inftarg.o and fork-child.o to all *.mh that
reference infptrace.o.  Add fork-child.o to all *.mh that
reference procfs.o.
