* sta.c: Remove usage of HARD_F90, FFESTR_F90 and FFESTR_VXT.
* stb.c: Likewise.
* stb.h: Likewise.
* stc.c: Likewise.
* stc.h: Likewise.
* std.c: Likewise.
* std.h: Likewise.
* ste.c: Likewise.
* ste.h: Likewise.

* str.h (FFESTR_F90): Remove macro.
(FFESTR_VXT): Remove macro.
