mips.md (cprestore): Provide two alternatives...

* config/mips/mips.md (cprestore): Provide two alternatives, one for
an in-range offset and one for an out-of-range offset.  Wrap the latter
in .set macro/.set nomacro if it's inside a .set nomacro block.
