* Makefile.in (abs_builddir): New.
(site.exp): New target `$(abs_builddir)/site.exp'.  New comment.
(check-single, $(TEST_TARGETS), check-gdb.base%): Change `site.exp' to
`$(abs_builddir)/site.exp'.
