libstdc++: Fix PSTL tests to run correctly with newer Thread Building Blocks

* testsuite/lib/libstdc++.exp: Add additional_flags=
-DTBB_SUPRESS_DEPRECATED_MESSAGES=1 to suppress warnings when
compiling with a newer Thread Building Blocks.
