* language.c (pointer_type): Un-comment out.
* ax-gdb.c: Include language.h, use pointer_type throughout
instead of testing TYPE_CODE_PTR.
(gen_fetch): Include TYPE_CODE_REF.
(gen_cast): Ditto.
