Separate emulations for nios2-elf and nios2-linux.

* emulparams/nios2linux.sh: New emulation file.
* configure.tgt: Add nios2*-*-linux* emulation case.
* Makefile.am (enios2linux.c): New emulation entry.
* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
