package/openssh: bump to version 8.2p1

package/openssh: bump to version 8.2p1

This new version is mandatory to allow the glibc package bump to version 2.31.
Otherwise it's not possible to connect to the remote host, as reported by [1] [2].
Upstream commit [3][4] fixes the issue.
