gdb/testsuite/

* gdb.mi/mi-catch-load.c: Remove the include of "dlfcn.h".
 [__WIN32__]: Include "windows.h" and define macro 'dlopen'
 and 'dlclose'.
[!__WIN32__]: Include "dlfcn.h".
* gdb.mi/mi-catch-load.exp: Set up kfail.
