* config/rs6000/eabi.h (TARGET_OS_CPP_BUILTINS): Define builtins
common to rs6000 sysv targets.
* config/rs6000/eabisim.h (TARGET_OS_CPP_BUILTINS): Ditto.
* config/rs6000/rtems.h (TARGET_OS_CPP_BUILTINS): Ditto.
