* dwarf2read.c (read_subrange_type): Set TYPE_HIGH_BOUND_UNDEFINED.
* valarith.c (value_subscripted_rvalue): Suppress error if
TYPE_ARRAY_UPPER_BOUND_IS_UNDEFINED.
