tree.h (BINFO_SIZE, [...]): New macros.

* tree.h (BINFO_SIZE, TYPE_BINFO_SIZE): New macros.
* stor-layout.c (layout_record): Set it.
* toplev.c (rest_of_compilation): Don't defer nested functions.
