Hoever, this test is based on language in the OpenGL ES 3.1 spec that I
believe is incorrect. I have already submitted a spec bug:

v2: Move spec quote about built-in variables to the first place where
it's relevant. Suggested by Alejandro.
v3: Move patch earlier in series, fix rebase issues.
