PR opt/13159
* cfgloopanal.c (mark_irreducible_loops): Fix the strongly connected
components detection.
* loop-unswitch.c (unswitch_loop): Preserve simple preheaders.

* gcc.c-torture/compile/20031227-1.c: New test.
