* gcc.target/i386/reload-1.c. Include <stdint.h>.  Compile for all
ilp32 i?86-*-* and x86_64-*-* targets.  Do not skip test for -m64.
Use scan-rtl-dump-not procedure to scan RTL dump.  Cleanup csa dump.
